Most orders ship within 24–48 hours, excluding Sunday orders.

Certain products may require an additional 2–3 weeks before shipment. These include Gaerne Cycling Shoes, which often ship from Europe; Mifo Earbuds; Delicious Vinyl products and apparel; TheMovement.Shop by Radar Promotions; and Rockbros Cycling Apparel & Gear. Even with these extended processing times, delivery is generally expected within 30 days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping addresses generally cannot be changed after an order is placed. Please check your address carefully before submitting your order.

Most shipments use USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Some orders ship via DHL or other carriers.

Estimated standard shipping transit time within the United States is 3–5 business days, separate from order processing time.

Easy Option XY products

Flat-rate shipping: $7.95.

Shipping is available within the United States only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Banlieue 91 products

Flat-rate shipping: $7.95. Tracking is included.

Handling time: 1–4 business days, Monday through Friday. Products go through a production process before shipping.

Transit time after handling: 7–11 business days for United States orders, and 8–15 business days for Canada and the rest of the world. Total delivery time is handling time plus transit time.

Rockstar Peach products

A flat shipping fee of $7.95 applies to new orders of Rockstar Peach products. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Hall Of Fame products

A flat-rate shipping convenience fee of $7.95 applies to Hall Of Fame products only.

Standard delivery is usually within 3–5 business days. Express and international options are available at checkout.

The following supplier-provided information applies to Rock Rooster products, not to products from other suppliers.

Stock and order processing

Rock Rooster keeps its inventory in the United States. In-stock items ship within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays ship the following business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major business holidays.

Delivery destinations and restrictions

The supplier lists the United States as its final delivery destination. APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, and Puerto Rico are excluded from the supplier's standard shipping prices and policies. Certain items may have restrictions on air shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
